Can we stop with the nerf culture. Stop talking stuff from the game and give back...while it has pros n cons u gotta realise after "kaboom" u are out of squig armor in the blob n pretty much dead. Just coz sumone started using an ability that u feel is op doesn't mean you need to nerf it...we will have no game left...

You're order obvs and want it to benefit order, next destro want most order abilities nerfed, so just try harder not cry hard in forum plz

If only there was an immunity from this type of skill. I would think that possibly, maybe something that is undefendable maybe over tuned. but this, this isn't undefendable and can only affect you once every 30 seconds or so?

Same as Choppa pull can only affect the same player every so often, or AoE knockdowns, or every healer's punt, I guess we can remove the cooldown from that skill too.

The day you show me a squig actually usefully using Kaboom more than every 30s is the day I'll think this discussion isn't a waste of time. SM aoe punt is 10. If it was 5 seconds it'd make no difference in actual play. 15 seconds? No difference.

Need an account with a R40 sh for that, I'm not leveling a class just to prove a point to players with no imagination or gameplay creativity.

Imagination vs reality is always disappointing.

Do they not have cooldowns? Seems like even GTDC has a cooldown on it? Are they not defendable and subject to immunity? I am confused on how things that are 1) controlled by cooldown 2) have a defensive check 3) have an immunity check are broken.

Looking at this proposal as a balance proposal one would imagine that you qualified to post as clearly stated “ To discourage players from making proposal threads calling for nerfs to a specific class, the Poster will be required to have the class they're suggesting at R40 RR40 ”. viewtopic.php?t=31621

Ignoring that level, understand the class then come back if you still think trying to aim developer resources onto such a suggestion that is aimed at a terrain abuse and is unlikely to be useful is a good idea

It's called a troll shutdown to prevent a 30 page offtopic rant like it happens in every other thread, and I would say it worked because we mostly stayed ontopic.
