Bravo devs, you're not even trying to hide it any more

This is pure nonsense.Vigfuss wrote:I don't like this willy nilly approach to balance changes. I think it's really important to make only one change at a time, so the whole picture gets properly look at.
I dare you to say this on the advice chat, you'll trigger a lot of doks/wps.bloodi wrote:The consequences are that is still a bad class to run in any premade
Biting Blade is not viable at all just stat talk wisePenril wrote:@Bullen1995: Encouraged Aim, Focused Mending, Dirty Tricks, Banish Darkness, Destroy Confidence, Runefang... I'd lol at any KotBS using Biting Blade over any of the tactics i mentioned.
I see your point about Staggering Impact, but it has a 10 sec duration with a 30 sec CD, on a 14 points skill. And it is cleansable (Curse).
Also, 2H = no Dirty Tricks.

The highest burst dps a WL can do is from behind without getting parried. 10% Parry-Strikethrough is not going to change the maximum burst the WL is capable of, just the average burst. Other than that I already agreed that WL might be an issue, but I don't think that should be a definitive no. Although I personally don't know how good WL is in T4, a lot of people said that he is not relevant. Which would beg the question whether you want to balance around T3 or T4, unless you disagree with that premise.Bretin wrote: so does any melee but besides bad zealots who have 0 movement, there are also ppl who know how to not get flanked.
SnBexactly and tanks are the strongest archetype in the game with the most impact on a battlefield.
Generally I agree with this sentiment. On the other hand this is a really wierd approach. What endgame are we talking about? RR 80 Sov? Do we get Tyrant? New Sov? How many people are actually capable of getting a grip for the balance of the game at any given point in time, including several years into the past? I'd rather balance around what we can grasp now, especially since a change like that can be easily reverted if needed.nice that you refer to right now and would balance around that point and not the endgame.
Since Rending Blade is apparently a L2P issue, enlighten me why you run a 2H Chosen if not for OB + RB in conjunction with CSwe run a 2h chosen pretty often
Dunno why Gankbus runs 2h chosen, but I run mine 2hander cause it allows me to draw aggro, kick ass, LOLDEEPS, look badass, and laugh off the SCs FF when i pop my M2. CS is just gravy.Shadowgurke wrote: Since Rending Blade is apparently a L2P issue, enlighten me why you run a 2H Chosen if not for OB + RB in conjunction with CS
a requirement every mdps has if he wants to get 100% of his dmg potential, i don't get your point again.Shadowgurke wrote:The highest burst dps a WL can do is from behind without getting parried.

Tanks! see my first post in this topic about tanks and their 2h potential, if you don't understand it, read it again.Shadowgurke wrote:SnB
so your suggestion is to bother with balance changes like this every week even tho a lot of people have a lot of l2p issues and you think their "knowledge" and suggestions are worth more than the one of the prior game designer? nice troll again.Shadowgurke wrote:I'd rather balance around what we can grasp now, especially since a change like that can be easily reverted if needed.
