How much dmg do I need to do to be competitive with real dps? 1000 crits every .5 seconds stacked on top of dots that crit for 400 and Kiss procs for around 250?
Thats all good - assuming you can actually crit something on a constant basis with your 25% crit chance.
Endgame gear crit chance is 41% (without any buffs or debuffs)

Depends from your build focus (ws focus, roam, surivability for mass pvp etc), specific stuff (like rings) etc.

I included renown and the 2 to 3% you likely gain from Kiss. My build has slightly less crit than others do.

when you play with coordinated/skilled players who know how to play around these things, the reason to bring these classes becomes very obvious. if you are playing with noobs or weak org then sure i agree just bring another choppa and play like average guy. but it doesn't always have to be the case. sitting and training people like with choppa isn't the play on stealth classes. you must do quick swaps with good assist and fast guard punt+KD and rotate between all the enemy healers to get their pot/defensive CDs and come back after their immunity when they have no outs.

you don't play these classes to do damage chart numbers and show off and try to compare them to aoe classes, you play them for their utility and burst damage profile. when played properly and in the right circumstances they are more than strong enough atm honestly. the issue is that almost all players do not play at the skill level to make them useful and just go around spamming abilities mindlessly and doing improper goes on poorly chosen targets.
Holy..... WE/WH became a utility classes. The assassin classs became utility. Shame on you balance team, shame on you.

WE is not where its supposef to be atm. However OYK build with the right stat balancing works fine right now. No you dont need to cap str, your str will mean nothing if you can penetrate armor. And as i always say a good we is a we who picks the right prey.

These tactics already barely function for their intended purpose, because you use your Finisher and get the buff after. For both Channels, the first tick gets no benefit but the rest of them do. It serves no benefit for most Finishers, which is a major flaw in the design imo. In addition to this, I think Finishers should just get some amount of armor pen baseline (maybe 15?) so the 11pt tactic isn't so necessary.

4. More crit?
A few of the WH/WE enjoyers whom I trust tend to think the class could benefit from more crit chance, especially early on.

It's probably not perfect, maybe OP. Let me know!
1. Afaik that not possible but if it was it would be cool though they have to be careful now that armor pen seal/elixir stack with tactic armor pen.

2. Abilities outside of finisher generating 2 combo when crit would be a nice qol, currently you need to play with tactic that increase the accu/blood if you want play more with your finisher but tied to rng.

3. Since Ability Rework you get the armor pen from tactic on your first hit finisher. Overall the tactic is bad gameplay wise as you are not really rewarded for using 5* finisher over 1-2*finisher.

4. Low crit on wh-we is really bad, class is a assassin but have same or less crit than brawler which is weird. No crit>no burst, that something you feel a lot in premade fight mainly because people are investing a lot in FS compared to pug that run rarely more than 2fs :D
