Uhm i know that sometimes it dosen're reflect the skill but usually it show the implementation from live;

@luth the change was needed as if it was to stay at 14 pt skill then a taunt would just make it useless, since now FoF is a better candidate and the path is more solid i do agree that the skill dosen't need change. The skill can remain there for pve purpose or full mastersy purpose while also grant the FoF to 2h user so ye i want retire this proposal since this chance quite the thing.
Even if the skill could prevent you an active role due to how FoR work i think is not necessary to change NSP

Generally speaking, no. Right now Black Guard's main problem is that Chosen & Black Orc outperform them in almost every possible way. These discussions constantly touch upon this and we see very few situations where Black Guard is judged in a vacuum, so to speak. It would be better to wait with further BG proposals until at the very least Chosen is reworked and/or toned down a little.

i've thinked about luth post, and i think now i remembered something:

yes it's true the .getstats say -45% but i also remember that aza told that differently from live he woulnd't allow crit reduction to be stack under 0% so is possible that fof actually give you a -45% but the server actually max self chance to be crit is 0%; where the -45% is only a counter to your actually crit chance so this would exclude only a rework to FoF but not a rework to NSP. This is plain possible since the emulator could be set to read as max a 0%. Since my proposal was also done in this way keeing in regard the check and balances of this skill it would be usefull if aza state if crit can be stack negatively or not by this skill and generally so that i can re new my proposal (as from the main post ) or definetly drop it. Because if it's read anyway as a 0% then the crit reduction balance the difference between armor buff and CD (which put it on par with a simple armor buff). And so NSP still is the Panic button which need a rework.

((7.5*<attacker effective rank>+50)/<defender initiative>/10)+(<attacker crit bonus> - <defender crit reduction>)
A + (B - C)

A = Base % to be crit (attacker vs defender), ini debuffs go here
B = Attackers stuff such as +items, Ancenstor's Fury Leading shots, Dirty Tricks, Combustion crit etc
C = -items, Renown, Flawless Armor, FoF, Encourage Aim (?) etc

Maybe he ment (B - C) is actually MAX(0, (B-C)) in ROR? (which would be very odd)

(B - C) is actually MAX(0, (B-C)) meaning it never is negative ?
skill could have an exception prefer wait for aza to comment about it.

I'd guess it isn't though. It makes absolutely no sense at all to implement it like that as it would make reduction items, renown reduction, reduction abilities and tactics worth less than the crit increasers.

So my best bet is still A + (B -C) where (B - C) can be negative.

It is testable if you have an order friend (no + crits) beat on your chosen and you slot Flawless + renown reduction on off and compare. should be visible in combat logs if you max reduction and he/she has no + crits. Or with max FoF aura on your BG.

I'd gladly help out if I had an order toon. If you have one we can test it on my BG or Chosen (PM me in that case)

Aza dont read PMs generally speaking... I thought this was well known, he even states such in his signature.

Also I think Bozzax answered your question quite well
