Why your journey is now a chore, besides "muh late game"?
I don't think you understood him. His point is that RVR/SCs for T1/T2 will be even more dead due to lack of those kill quests because people will just PVE powerlevel instead.TenTonHammer wrote:you say that but look at t1, its doing absolutely fine even slightly active during very late night NA, but t2 though, t2 is an absolute chore to play through
There is no "journery" pve dosnt work and isnt worth bothering with unless you wnt some alt app gear and even then been there and done that on live. You get to t2, maybe if your really lucky there might be a WB, if its trying to take mandreds then you dont join b/c **** mandredsScrilian wrote:Why your journey is now a chore, besides "muh late game"?
Must be hard times for NA. Not a single WB in t2. And if you hate mandreds take lead and go BV/Marshes or whatever. No reason to add any extra exp. quests just because you don't want to play through t2.TenTonHammer wrote:There is no "journery" pve dosnt work and isnt worth bothering with unless you wnt some alt app gear and even then been there and done that on live. Other wise you sit in and wait for slow sc pops where balance is bonkers with healing being absured now with no one having 50% incoming heal debuffs
You simply shouldn't be flying to the next tier for the better RvR quests if you cannot participate in the RvR there, period. We could, however, make one low-level killquest that requires only 10-15 kills for a decent amount of experience, and a 25-30 killquest at the end levels of a tier for double the xp.Manatikik wrote:For helping grind through the end of T2 how about changing the T3 Kill quest level requirement to 18? This way you do get an economy boost to help you out in T3 but not ridiculous , level past the "grind" levels in T2 faster, and this cannot be abused by T1 Level 1 character alts.
Thoughts? Or does the dev team want to keep Kill Quests 100% tiered?
I've had a great time in t2 rvr here and made quite a few friends and foes while I was at it, why would anyone want to reduce the amount of playtime in t2, besides those who level their 3-7th character? It IS the game you play, again I repeat my self - that's your journey. Not a chore that you have to skip to make another of your 32/40 pointless alts.TenTonHammer wrote:Tell me who does adding more pure just exp quests harm?
You know how pointless, lackluster and underhwelimg the current exp quests are when they only give like 700-1k exp?
Killing a level 14 or higher mob rewards more exp than that and then you say make a WB? How can you do that in a dead tier during low player population counts? Furthermore it dosnt matter if you get the door down if you cant kill the lord
As if you can do rvr and scs 24/7 in t2Scrilian wrote:I've had a great time in t2 rvr here and made quite a few friends and foes while I was at it, why would anyone want to reduce the amount of playtime in t2, besides those who level their 3-7th character?
