My sugestion would be to make all instanced dungeons for lvl 40's. Bolster all toons to 40 while in instance. Rewards for dungeon completions would be a currency. To unlock the specific currency reward table you need to defeat the wing/dungeon relevant to it. The currency table stays open for X hours after wing/dungeon completion. All rewards on the table are scaled for r40.

I dont like the idea...I prefer the old school.Each Dungeon must have their own Tier Boost.

If i were a Dev I wouldn't want to put in time redesiging content for something that people moast likly wont do coz the rewards are obsolete 2 hours later.

Rewards can be tweaked or completely changed...agree with that

Disagree with making T4 all Dungeons.
