yes just a few little adjustment to the dps 2hander like the IB and as a trade give the IB a few in the mage killer spec

BG dots and cc like IB maybe a WS buff for both
the IB detant tactic, ap sap, and disrupt tactic to make them a bit more mage killer
I dont think ib needs any of that cause ib is already a DAM GOOD tank and 2h ib is really good and viable

exactly it's an alternate play style

That is not as good as real melee dps by design.

Its the exact same for the "dps healers"

They aren't really dps it's an alternate play style, an alternate play style that is massively inferior.

yes but a lot of players can not even get close to what a dps heals or an dps tank can put out on there m/rdps but how do u teach skill

not to mention that dps heals have a massive stat disadvantage

yes the IB is but i didn't want to give the BG all the dps to match the IB and then have the IB lacking in the third tree for magic defense maybe there is no real difference between the two but the dps spec

The only thing specfically mentioned for being given to bg was giving them acess to some kind of kd while off classing, hence why i suggested making the uttley useless abilty that is blade of ruin into a cave in mirror

then me and jaycub discussed ways to possibly make playing 2h tanks in general more viable

I would really like to know what "DOTs" are You talking about when we speak about BG. He has !1! core dot and 1 specable dot in DPS tree which require parry. BG DPS outpoot is joke compared to IB. Yes he can spam his AOE which deals "fluf" dmg and release everyone from CC like stagger, root.
Only aspect when both tanks are equal is defensive capabiities.
If we talk about DPS outpoot or group usefullnes IB is ahead by mile.

Please, don't mention "Blade of Ruin" anymore in this thread, let's just pretend this so called "ability" doesn't exist ;-)

thats right i suggested to give the BG more of the IB DOTs and CC attacks and as a trade to give the IB more of the BG anti magic stuff one day i hope but there still good the way they are
