The fish was too juicy; really sorry for this. But I need to answer luth in a correct manner because he answered with real arguments.

The videos show only some semi-afk players, that obviously never heard of TB and "other defensive stuff".
It doesn't show us
at least one complete fight (e.g. 6vs6) from the beginning to the end.
It's just a nice little collection of lol-crits-on-squishies (including PvE mobs...) and underwhelming gameplay (mara running away from WL =

), e.g.
keyturning+klicking choppa etc. pp.
His pet shows also level 41 for most of the time, which means that he was over RR80.
His "3second/2second kills" show mostly players with lifebars close to 50%, so he had no problems to burst these "willpower stackers" with cull the weak.
Also: balanced numbers fight =/= balanced fight.
What these kind of videos normally don't show:
- did he wear a bugged lodt axe with insane critrate?
- when where the videos taken? (i don't mean the youtube date ofc...)
- personal playerskill and spec/stats of the enemies etc. pp.
Why people still believe they can judge on the performance of a class from these kind of videos, is a miracle to me...
Only a few players show bad or long fights in videos. But we can see what a decent player can achieve. We can see the situations where he shines.
I agree that the video "tyrean 4" is all about showing big muscles and crit sequences. More fun than usefull.
However, I think the other video, "tyrean 3" is much more interesting (just cut the awful music). The scenes in nordenwatch, serpent's passage and temple of Isha specially. We can see his pet control is perfect and he has good awareness (the shaman/wh sequences are useless, I know).
It's hard to find decend rr80 videos but I think this video is close to what to expect from a well played white lion when ror will have rank40. Did you notice how after almost every pounce his ennemy moves in a random direction? He reacts and adapts all the time. He always get in melee range and in his back very fast.
On topic:
The problem at the moment is that the pet needs improvements: it can go loose, it's slow and you loose a lot of time to dismiss/summon a new pet each time you want to use a mount. I think the priority should be to fix bugs. Improving a particular class is a waste of time. Fixing pets would also benefit all pet classes.
I'd like to thank the devs for all the hard work one again. And I humbly ask you to continue like this, please don't waste too much time changing game mechanics or classes at the moment, only if it is really necessary. Let's get to T3!
About balance:
I don't know what to say...
I started playing on order side and I will wait to have at least 3 classes at max level on order before having a final opinion about destro/ordo imbalance. The game really favors order before level 40. A lot of people defend order by saying that the game will be balanced at level 40. It seems to be the big argument. Then let's get there. There will be plenty of time for balance when the project is in beta. Any class balance before this is pointless.
I understand that the game must be balanced for the highest possible gameplay wich is 6man group. But all this talk about an ideal 6man destro against an ideal 6man order seems very theoretical and his very different from what we have in game now. Yet some people want to use it to get their class upped.
Meanwhile, rkd, crit auras, shatter limbs, pounce, keg, etc, etc are not mirrored... just deal with it.
Rest assured, destro is strong in mind and will live with the fact that the game just favors order now and for an unknown duration, if it ever changes. But don't expect all of them to remain silent when you put salt on the wound.
