I don't know much about the OP but SM's Heaven's Blade does debuff all 3 resists.

Heaven's Blade is also a 25% proc on direct damage dealt (as ya know), so not exactly bread and butter.

O.o my bad so, i ask excuse must have swap the heavens blade with wrath of hoeth (which make engi debuff relevant and so equl on that term). Well still benefith more from cd reduction than sorc and etc, no form of cc and no form recuction coldown, still badd utility than bw.

So in the great scheme of things bw > sorc

Which they wont use at 40 because Arctic blast starts doing good enoughh damage to replace it, adding to that gloomburst is spiritual (sear is elemental) and impending doom is spiritual (nova is elemental) so they have a 100% spirit rotation for burst, whhich they can debuff, Bws cant do so.

So really, spend less time adding colors to what you write and more actually looking up what skills do, dont make me have to put you on the ignore list.

Does it really matter which one does more dmg when both can time stamp kill you in 1 rotation? For grouping I def like sorc better because of infernal gift and frozen touch. Ranged kd might be annoying but its not as bad as the sw version that needs no setup.

Bw has self utility sorc has grp utility the single target differences are a non issue.

i stated that both damage can be debuffed, which mean they are able to do exatly the same damages which is correct.
The max ammount of debuff is possible via engi/magus. It dosent really matter what it get debuff. The bw have undefitable fireballs with tactic and you didn't even take that into account.... what it matter sorc have 2 st skill that do spiritual damages . Bw have otherindirectly buff which sorc dont have from chosen which instead have from kobs, which also mean the same damage, and a rkd to better deliver those damages. Have also 1 type of damage is also easier couterrable than do it 2, unless you don't use any res talismans on classes where you should.(if you still dont get it it always the same problem aka the broken synergy between order classes whch make being better individually class on destru side useless)

As i said in wb enviroment is different but party side a bw is better than a sorc.

I do personally think sorc is better aoe than bw. Bw can spam more but sorc aoe thx to magus tick higher damages.

No i dont Tesq, just like everyone else who has the slightest clue, because is a tactic at 11 points and makes you unable to have all the tools in immolation if you run it.

All I know is when you can convince a sorc to play for the group and run infernal gift that 10% dmg buff is so nice. My we would crit agonizing wound for over 3k at times which is crazy to think that's not counting dmg procs or auto attacks.
