Hey!

I really liked the format Bozzax used for the comparison above, so I adopted the idea and added an interactive version to my Scenario Analytics page.

Scenario Analytics - Career Role Performance Click Compare careers to open it.

You can switch between actual values and values relative to each career's own realm and role.

Here's a T4 example with BW and Sorc selected:



On the analytics page its just scenario data, I dont have anything that measures open rvr skirmishes (yet).

What does this show us though? X and Y axis are pretty much the same measure. It stands to reason that if you're winning, you're dying less, therefore performing better. We have 2 performance metrics that are essentially the same.

I'm not sure that this gives us any insight on career performance but more around realm performance analysis.

Perhaps it would be better to measure winning matches only? Meaning the career data for matches where they won vs matches where the other realm won. Comparing a winning match to a losing match in SCs where momentum doesn't tend to swing back and forth is a bit wrong in my opinion

Also, maybe to remind everyone that this was a topic where a new/returning player asked for some help and instead became just another thread where the same people keep airing the same grievances over and over and over again

If you were here replying with your old biases and years and years of grudges, maybe examine your own behaviour and how it may be hurting our game

Gave the guy solid post patch advice (Magus) and a build (no one else did) ONE MONTH before necro

Backed it up with datai that you failed to see the relevance of or didn’t understand.
