So dps rp can choose from 2 bad low stat bad proc subjugator healstaff?

And you said Quickenig VI is farm more superior than Clarity VI?

Or why the rp get less stat point?

As dps rp the proc is total useless and it has bad stat too…

Like i said i would like to see all the proc and the details.

What tier?
What type of dmg? Magic phycic base dmg?
What is the Iternal cooldown?
What can proc exacly dot hot direct litetap etc.

Transpaeency!

And let every class acces every proc. And make better proc.
Let the rp healstaff on any ability decrese the cast time not on being hit.
Make proper dps variant.

Imo if you do something do it well.

Whats the point rebalance the whole item system if it wont be better?

I dont swe the concept here.

I hope you wanna bring new weapons and sets and thats why you nerfed the current ones. You dont wanna power creeps. But if you change someting you can do it well. To have meaning and make the game better. And satified

Yes, OP made some "fake" claims, but problem is still there even tho OP didnt correctly form it with words. And its way deeper.
There have been really awful "itemization" done each time, never anything was done in correct way. Some itemizations were unique (none mirrored) for classes, some were copycats, its whole lot of a mess, it was and it is now even worse.

So i dont think throwing rocks due to mistake done by OP aint skippable for keeping up yet another thread with rants and whine for itemization. I believe he raised proper issue that highlights illthought proc weighting and inconsistence of system as whole. Why? Declared design for healers offspec is being DPS, ok, should itemization support it? Why not. Should you mirror items if declared design is unification and standartization of everything? Why not.

Mate, i agree with you in evry point that this weapon rework is weird, the proc changes are incomprehensible and so on and on. But the OP contains none of these points. Its a claim about disbalance between destro and order weapons. On the basis of a comparison between a heal and a dps weapon, claiming that they are the same weapon, but the destro version would be stronger than the order weapon - because of more stats and a better proc. Wich is wrong in every point, obviously... I dont know how you can see the things you are talking about now in the OP. If you want to talk about the weight of procs in general now, and compare them in a proper way, great. But thats neither in the headline, nor in the content of the OP.
