"Read Only" won't stay unchecked and I've also taken measures to try and turn it off but it still goes back to Read Only - Could this be the problem?

Tried with VPN and without. Tried reinstalling 5 times. Tried moving to different directory. Tried turning off my firewall.
At this point I'm wondering if my ingame account is banned

I recall that is the only thing that managed to work for me 3 years ago, but I noticed the DL isn't available anymore..
