Runie dps, cause zealot dps can actually do things while the dps runie is just a much worse version of zealot (moves straight up do less, no scourge proc, lackluster aoe compared to zealot)

They have one. It needs shorter cool down.
Zealot definitely needs to be looked at. It's at a huge disadvantage to the RP for a variety of reasons.

Magus for sure requires most adjustment.

Engi/magus probably needs it most, but if we're talking both buff and nerf i'd like to see WP/DoK up there as well. Book/chalice healers have ridiculous combinations of survivability and heal output while skirting around their intended purpose as a frontline healer. Melee spec, on the other hand, ranges from decent melee support with heal debuff from DoK to "hard mode" heals for WP.

Two classes who lack viabile competitveness vs other true healer archetypes with similar gear composition (IE more balance of adding loot to the games table to assist in this disparity.)
Lol?
Zelot and RP are the best ST healers
My vote goes for BG, it's 2H spec isn't all that great, it can't compete with BO for the second tank in a party and many of it's debuffs is overshadowed by similar debuffs on other classes
Other than that I feel it's only singular mastery trees and certian abilites that need to be addressed
I am well aware they're the best ST healers, unfortunately neither shine unless the gear allows them to, thus why I said their main needs are addressing the loot table in-game. Unfortunately neither class is as effective as the other 4 in being ST beasts unless they have the gear to keep up with high burst dps (AKA the runies need their 7% crit staff from BS, Zealots need their 4% heal crit focus from Frostshard prison) available. The other healers have way more survivability options and can heal just as well as Zealots/RP's when able to free-cast, so that basically is a moot point. Literally the best gear currently for a RP/Zealot is the highest Armor factor you can get with Heal/Magic Crit stacking because lets face it you're gonna get 2GCD'd by an assist train regardless if you use Ruin and get an extra +50 wounds.
In-fact Zealots can't even truly rely on two of their best CC/Survivability options until RR60 (maybe 70) so they can get 6second Mez and WoI, and with Renown gain not being comparitive to live, that is eons away at this point, thus the need for a better loot table available to keep them on par with other respective healer options.
Take it from me, I was the 4th RP Worldwide after release to hit 80 and played it and a zealot to 80 for ages before they even raised the RR cap where I ended up having 4x rr95+ healers before the game even closed down and I had quit for almost a year before the servers closed.
But IMO the classes that need the most attention currently are BG/Magus/SM/Engi.

By definition, balancing requires a comparison between two or more subjects. In the context of warhammer, you should really be looking at balancing all classes within an archetype at the same time and not just looking at balancing one class first.
In that regard, the archetype that probably has the largest perceived difference between the effectiveness of different classes would be the heal archetype. So, as a priority, the devs should probably be looking at the relative effectiveness of the healing classes under different circumstances to determine if they need rebalancing.
After examining the healers, it would probably be best to look at rdps or tanks, leaving mdps until last.
The reason that I would leave mdps until last is because it is probably the archetype that is most reliant on the performance of other classes (healers and tanks, in particular). So it would be best to see how the different mdps classes perform after any changes made to the healing and tank classes are taken into account before looking at making any changes to the mdps classes themselves.
PS. The dps healer classes could be balanced after both the healing archetpyes and the respective dps archetypes are balanced. For example, dps AM/Shaman/zea/rp could be would be balanced after both the healing and rdps classes had been balanced. Dps wp/dok would be balanced after healing and mdps classes had been balanced.

My vote goes to book Warrior Priest. While the balance between order heal-classes is imo better than between destro heal-classes, Warrior Priest is still the best order-healer and deserve a nerf.
AM-healer would be nice, too. Especially about better use of mechanic or morale gain.
