Critical Error

Hi! I just recently downloaded the game, I am able to get to the log-in screen... however I cannot see any character creation or server list. After a few seconds I get a system error sound ping and a message saying "Critical Error"
"Aurthentication failed -- application wil now terminate."

What have I done wrong with the installation?

Which method did you use to get the game?

I used this method as follows on the "Download game/launcher" page, and extracted the files into a folder in my C drive program files

Number of active downloads is limited. If limit is reached, you'll have an error "Max connexion reached, try again later".

Same problem via torrent download(7 different PCs(isps)). Cant play since 9th December. So get relax and let them fix login server.

January 9th you mean? Or you haven't been able to play since the 9th of December. So what you're saying is that this issue is strictly a login server side problem?
