Keep Lord Kills

Can someone explain to me why i am not getting credit for keep lord kills for event quest? I am in a warband and i have been told you must get killing blow by someone in warband. But surely i have gotten at least 1 kb on a siege.

Confirmed! The quest looks like it is bugged.
