Account creation error

Apparently account creation is not possible at the moment. Me and 2 friends tried it, worked for nobody. The error message is

General Error
Unable to remove files within ./cache/. Please check directory permissions.
Please notify the board administrator or webmaster: [email protected]

after filling out the registration form

I tried logging in and it gets to the shaken hands part, then stops working.
