Item Lost during Disconnect

Hi,

I just bought the Devastator Helm. I put it on and then off again for settling a talisman into it. Then I got a disconnect. I logged in again and the item was gone, only the screen to put in the talisman was there. I got this screen every time I log in now. Is there any chance to fix that? Not sure if I should fill out a bug request? Will the Item show up again after a reserverrestart?

Sometimes items do return after a server restart, however, we do not refund any items that may have gone missing.

yes I already know that and I was not asking for refund. I put a talisman now in it and after this the Item was there again.
