Account Entitlement?

Hello, while i was playing warhammer my game lagged out and everyone dissapeared then i got a pop-up that said "account entitlement" and it had a list of three armor pieces with the armor rating set at 46000 for each of them with the highest buffs you could get (im guessing dev items). i did not take any of the items but i was wondering what it meant to receive that pop-up.

It means that the game lagged out for you. That's all it means.

Probably has something to do with the server and such. A lot of guildies have been getting these lag outs lately.

There is currently some issues where some players encounter lagged out sessions. We're not sure what the cause of this is, but we're looking into it.

Force kill the client and log in again.
