All of my abilities quit working

My action bar is greyed with all my abilities in it. None will work. I have relogged and it doesnt help. Whats going on?

if you remove them all off the hot bar, and re-apply them. Does that fix it?

I've got a few reports that people are missing their main weapon. There's a possibility that it might return upon the next server restart.

Its cool, not a big deal. It was only 80 silver to replace. I am glade it wasn't anything special. Thanks again for the help.

I take it back. I logged in today. weapon gone. I even moved it to my inventory to stop this from happening. I can not afford to rebuy the weapon every day. Please fix as this is making my character unplayable.
