Stack crit ( i play with 3stack from renow atm), crit make you do both better heal and make your absorb tactic proc more often, you need that tactic cos if you want spam aoe you need to go rec with the aoe skill more front line.
This also expose you to a very scary risk due to RKD and or shatter limbs.

It's good you learn to see them coming, those and so pre target the rdps or wait some sec that the clease recharge to fast cleanse a shatter limbs.
COS let's be clear there is no aoe heals when a slayer cd increase you and they will **** do this the more they can even trying to overextend sometimes.
Always try to rec melee behind your front line so that you have time to fall back, and enemy face some bodyblock to reach you and they also get some attention being near the front lines.
Before going rec melee Single target hot yourself (pay attention to how much your melee rec get parry cos 1 parry = no rec points from they target,so you may want to rec from sides sometimes when the action is not focuessed around you).

Don't bother if wp will always heal more than you cos they have a 10% crit tactics and will have a 15% heal more both due to kobs presence in party.
You can't really heal as a wp does and you can't really play front lines as them due to crit make their proc tactic more relevant than yours and rkd + fest arrow + bw dots came from nowhere being a pain in the ass. Watch if you have a good front line,if you have it , if they bomb/do aoe and you have good stats (resistences overcapped and high armor) you can screw and go spam heal front line, particualry if you play aoe ; more doks doing this doing good damages due the proc buff. And while a 20% snare is not so great can help you fall back so spam more aoe rec the more can.
You may want to stack dodge/disrupt chance to avoid some bw rkd/sw fest arrow, may seems low % but it work , even better now that hold the line can stack and give you a +45% chance to dodge/disrupt.

Nah he is referring to Dirty tricks (10% crit on block to party excluding yourself) located at 8 points in vigilance mid tree. Atm you can in fact get both knight tactics but that means you wont get anything else untill you are rr40 when you can get one of pushback aura, heal debuff aura or sunfury tactic or cordination tactic. So no Stagger, nor KD

Leading Shots is SW tactic (15% on crit for 10s for party excluding yourself) which is core but available at 37.

3sec, 2 tic/sec, so 6 tics
one tic is about 1/2 party heal, so in 3sec, you made like 3 heal party, but for everybody around you, and without gcd.
So awesome heal.

was refering in the long term kobs will have those in t4 togheter with kd /stag/super punt so better point out it alredy,
of course there is always that some arcane god listen to my pray and swap those tactic with lv 11 :/

I personally run the 25% 50ap proc on heal for my group, and the group cleanse with dis.
all armor talis and just heal and try to avoid the train as much as possible.
