Explain a few things please.. anyone?

Hi guys,
I'd like to know what bolster means and I would also like some info on career specs, IE what level I can start speccing and what the different (talent trees, if thats what theyre called) are for Witch Elf, would really appreciate it as it would really help out me as a newcomer to war.

Bolster is a buff that increases your stats so that low level players in pvp have more of a chance vs high level players

You start getting master points at lvl 11 and you should start specing up as you as you get points as points in a tree incease the power/dmg of crtian abilites associated with that path/tree

Now im no witch elf player but you DEFIANTLY should start by specing up treachery first to get increased pain tactic

Bolster is when say you're level 5 but you enter a RvR zone or Scenario, your level will be increased to the max allowed in that tier = T. T1 1-11 T2 12-21 T3 22-31 T4 32-40. You can spec starting at level 11 you'll be getting points.
