Cant log in get this in the pop up need help

I did a forum search for "You need to stop application currently using the following file" and found some useful information

DId you restart your PC?

Was the game downloaded via Torrent?

Is data.myp still checked as read-only?

Is your anti-virus or firewall aggressively blocking things?

Playing for 6 months.
Game works if i go on a new account.

this started at server reset today if that helps

or do i need to start over on a new account

If you really need your fix of RoR, I'd recommend making a new account, and check your main daily until it's back up
