Bug on me. How can I contact a GM/dev?

I will try to give you all the details I remember:

I remember that I sended that mail the same day I started this post (so, 19th August) and the hour was, aproximately, 20:00 pm (Spain time), so 19:00 pm London time. The mail was sended between two of my characters (Nietzsche send it to Meatballs). In the mail it was some gear I farmed during the afternoon (I wrote a list of the items that was in the mail on my Issue in the bugtracker), so if u mean if I had the items at 2 pm (London time) in 19th August (the day I lose them) I think not, because I farmed them during the afternoon of this day (from 16:00pm to 19:30 pm aprox).

PS: Another question related with the bugs, I login today on the server, and yesterday I had 465 G (all my money) in my main character, Meatballs, now I have 5 G... I talked to a friend of my guild, Zefs, that it happened to me and he said that yesterday he had 800 G aprox in this main character of him, now he has 5 G also...

Money is not important atm, I know, but losing all the money u farmed in one and a half month here it hurts... Anyone more has experimented this other "bug" too? If it's necessary I will post this issue on the bugtracker too.

Sorry Max, I don't want to give you extra job or not necessary headaches with this, but I have to say it too, either more if u answered to me this post and say u can help with this kind of bugs.

Exactly. I had 465 G yesterday, maybe before the last update (I noticed it yesterday night when I must log out and don't have time to post it here), and now, for some kind of reason, I have only 5 G. Not only me, a friend said to me that he also lose all his money on his characters, and he have now only 5 G in each one of his characters, so dunno what happened and dunno if someone more experimented it too.

I had around 70 gold at two chars each, now 5 gold at each

So now, as we know, we are three players experimenting this bug.

Hmm, well... Only Max can clarify. I seriously doubt the latest fixes are the cause.

As it stands, it's unclear what caused this matter in question. For now, only Max can look into this matter as it clearly a fault on the live server DB.

It's nice that it is made aware to us. Otherwise we would have no idea about it. So, for now we just gotta wait and see.
