First of all, devs and the rest of the team, Keep up the good work.
As it can also be noticed from the numbers of posts I have, I do not usually post and my frustration for not being able to play is solely targeted to the person responsible for the attacks (as I 've heard has happened).

Now I am wondering whether how come some people do not APPRECIATE and RESPECT what other fellow games are doing in order for us to enjoy some entertaining game FOR FREE. Their time however is NOT free. They have lives, gfs, friends, jobs and even if they don't its THEIR free time they are investing for us to enjoy this FREE game.

So, because some did not fully understand the "WOR is our home and you are welcome", I think that if an example should be made of, one day or week ban from forum (if I understood correctly that is ) will not solve much.

Banning the player for a couple of gaming days however, would be more "stingy".
Again, NOT for the complaints towards the team and the malfunctioning of the server etc, but for the incomprehensible behavior and harass towards these people as if its their intention/fault or as if they are doing it deliberately in order for us not to play...
