Fun wise, utility wise and power wise. The (average) players who spent some time on magus all say the same ****: it's an "assist dps class". What means assist dps? Ain't magus a dps archetype? Can't he just do his dps job and fulfill his role by himself? I like to have dps archetypes to do the dps job, not half-damage half-nothing classes.
I hope they get better in T4 because at the moment 99,9% (yes, you) of the magi are just useless front line cannon fodders and freenown for order. The also totally lack charisma.
Poor magus.

Magus seems like such a cool idea, much more varied than Sorc, but Sorc is just more BOOM for the buck, and having to track Dhar is pretty good way to keep on toes; keeps it interesting.
