Siege weapons! (non-WC ones)

Howdy peeps! I'm just a little curious if Seige weapons for sieges (duh 8-) ) will be added anytime soon? I know many of the cannons were kind weakish but I always enjoyed the cannon fights when either defending or sieging a keep or wall. Rams were awesome too because you and others were working together to ram the door down, while other mdps wailed on it and tanks held the line!

And to top it off... GATE HOUSE OIL. DUN DUN DUN. stuff was awesome.

idk i just think that it really set the mood when you set a whole bunch of cannons on both sides and it felt like true WAR.

Siege weapons during keep raids were fun. I too would like see them come back.

Well i'm not Dev, but i'll try to explain how it works with my words.

Imagine our base to work as a very very very big totally white 3D puzzle. (quite) All is here, but it is a bit hard and long to make pieces fiting.

Dunno if my exemple is clear, but i hope it gives to you a small idea about the process...

Introduce Siege weapon physically is easy. Make them work isn't.

oh yeah i totally understand, i was just curious if like maybe they were working on it or will soon, especially with t3 coming up with walls and such

Not too priority I'm sure. I understand that t3 and T4 keep takes will be longer since there an inner and outter sanctum but a way around this is by just disabling the first keep door.

Well I think adjusting the hp on the doors is easier then implementing rams so most likely they will use that route. Making it feasible to melee down both doors

I just hope that adding a ram doesn't make the door unattackable for everyone else... people should be able to beat on the door with spells/weapons as well as a ram.
That ram-only update was one of many terrible mistakes Mythic made.

And while I miss picking off destro with siege from the walls, it is not a priority.

definately. The ram only kinda sucked but the WB's dps didn't do much to help unless you def had the numbers lol.
