Loading Screen Trouble

Hello,

my friend has following issue: If he tries to log into the game he gets stuck at the loading screen. The /stuck-method does not change anything and we already tried to fix this by clearing user/interface folders, checked for read-only etc.

Our temporary solution was following:
1. I logged into his account and into the character
2. I leveled the character to lvl 2 and moved him to Warzone T1
Then he was able to log in

We did a scenario and after that he was stuck in loading screen again and cant log in. I wonder what causes this and how we can fix this.

Problem solved. His Folder was just 9,9GB, instead of 10,4 GB so some files were definitely missing. Strangely dispite that he could play the game under the circumstances explained above. After deleting and re-downloading the game the problems dissapeared. Now his gamefolder is also 10,4 GB "huge".

Just wanted to share this if someone else comes across this problem.
