T2 PvP Bracket

11-26 seems a bit extreme, why's the range way over the top when the bracket before this is 1-11? Retail was only like 11-20~, wasn't it? I can see why if the smaller playerbase compared to retail is what makes you use a broader level group but it's kind of absurd to actually play it like this.

Me and my crew want to enjoy this game's PvP (which is why we're playing on RoR in the first place), not grind out the bland PvE. Kind of hard to have fun with this bracket.

Is the level cap for going into the scenario 21, but the stat boost is 26?

If you looked at their actual level (like in the scenario report) you should have seen that no one was above level 21, that is the point of the bolster; everyone gets raised to x level and their stats reflect that boost. If my memory is right you are correct, level cap is 21 and bolster is 26.

Exactly.

Level was increased to be able to spec into your masteries a little I believe.
Although with T3 around the corner (I hope), tiers should be separated like the poll the devs made a few months back.
T1 01-11 T2 12-21 T3 22-31

In t3 we will probely be able to go to 31 again which fixes the tiers again
