Awesome!. Not punishing exploiters ruined the economies for many games and they never came back from it.

The best thing is to make them invest lots of time in it and then ban them. We don't need toxic players doing this.

most of you already know that there was a gold exploit at both side. We already removed it but the damage is done. As reaction of this massiv abuse we banned today over 70 accounts.

If you feel the ban was for no reason send a mail to [email protected] but be informed that we don`t ban random accounts just for fun.

Question:

How are you ensuring that banned accounts do not create a new account?

Also, your community is one of the best enforcers, I believe, of future activity. Have you considered releasing the said BANNED accounts to the public. This would help ensure that future "new accounts" would be detected/reported.
agreed

More likely it would return the accounts back to their exploiter owners. Just delete them. Too much gold only hurts a game economy

If you want to blame anyone, blame the exploiters, but our position on what we may do if the economy is violated was set out very clearly last time around.
I expect a wipe when you go beta and another when you go full out live game. I even expect a char wipe back to t1. But wiping gear, gold, medallions because some jackwagon found an exploit does not make logical sense. The person is banned so their "ill gotten booty" is of no value, and they are gone. So who is getting reset? The people who did not exploit?

This is what I do not understand. If the exploiters are banned and their "booty" is wiped, why wipe those who did not exploit?

Because legit player puts item for 10000 gold on the ah thinking nobody will buy it, along comes exploiter number 1 and buys it, now that gold is in the economy, come on mordred use ya brain :D and yea in most cases a wipe when game goes from alpha to beta would make sense but we dont play this like an alpha, there are some ppl who play this like it is t4

How can you not understand that the economy is already destroyed ?

If this is alpha.. and none of rhis matters... why ban anyone or wipe anything. You just kicked out the most successful game testers lol. Congrats.
