I'm not sure, but I think those helmets are Bind on Pickup...
Only the Decayed weapons dropped by the Norsca lair boss are Bind on Equip, and thereby tradable (until equipped)

Roll a dps dok, have a friend roll a tank, level to 10 and duo it with your blorc parked outside, make sure you dont get the db and dont loot it, relog blorc, invite to party and hope for the helm you want :D
