Launcher problem

Hello, i can't connect. This is the error message i get when i am trying to connect in the launcher.

Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Der Zugriff auf den Pfad "C:\Games\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe" wurde verweigert.
