Either way you should hit your target in the back.
Rampage is only great for duels or players with horrible movement.
The 50% parry/block drop skill slayer and choppa have is nearly always enough.
Edit: @Azuzu Those tanks should maybe stop using focused offense.
cos what you told is totaly wrong, rampage can be used when berserk to make it last 20 sec after 10 sec you alrey are almost berserk again so you have 10 sec when you alrey have put all dots on your targets aoe, so this mean both ID and the other dots aoe are all on on your targets and you can start use direct damage and all does 50% damage due updated meccanic.
Add to the equation shatter limbs to increase CD to 10 sec to further prevent your aoe to being block/counter
I not call it 5 skill combo for nothing.
There are several thigns that can be done in that regard,
Now that id can be cleanse ( on live was bug and so uncleanseable) shatter limbs could be put with 1 min CD to match better choppa fasta, then rampage could be swap with wounds debuff and so aoe slayer would not have anymore undefitable aoe, i could undersdt and undefitable st skills indeed.
That would solve the whole slayer issue with notthing more than a swap and a cd increase...
