Im completly agrred with You, Ossos. At first take mara all mutaion, these ugly arms ruined looks of pure gigolo( that should do mara in this game ONLY ):D
And make some hightower in Ostland , because Engis cant quietly shoot to all, when mara can jump for them on the roof :D

it is not broken, it always worked like that and if you would have spent 10% of your time ingame instead of excel you would know that some skills including sw buffs, mrd stance switch etc never required a gcd and never will since it is in no way broken!

Actually stance switching was on gcd. Was changed long time ago though...

That's not even what I'm talking about calm down nerd.

He is getting all the benifits of those buffs on fester without the drawback, and gaining an extra 3 seconds on M2 and VoN. How is that intended?

As someone mentioned it, let's take nerfedbuttons and macros into account:
-make a button 1 with Scout stance and Festering arrow
-make a button 2 with von, m2, sa, skirmish stance
-make a button 3 with rapid fire

There you go: 3 buttons needed to PWN.

With the lag in this game, I've never been able to pull all of that off, but maybe that's just me. In fact, the closest I can get is hitting VoN and then an M2 as soon as my arrow leaves my bow.. as soon as I hit my m2 there is a small delay and I'm not able to do anything else in between the time I M2 and until my arrow hits.. literally there is too much lag to press anything else.

So yeah, potentially I can see how well that could do on LIVE or if someone has no delays.. but from an NA player.. in my experience.. I can't get all that done.
