Can't get past first log on screen

Could not connect to Login server
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 178.32.58.46:8000
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(IPAddress[] addresses, Int32 port)
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(String host, Int32 port)
at RoRLauncher.Client.Connect()

That is the error I get when I click the launcher. After clicking the launcher it takes about 15-20 seconds and that errror pops up.
