BG guide?

Recently made a BlackGuard and have been highly enjoying him.
Played one back on live WAR servers but never really got to far, but their suitability/harass seems to get insane.
Any tips, guides, and builds would be greatly appreciated!

What ever you do you need to run SnB for 5s kd

Their are basically 2 SnB playstyles

DPS: the remaining 3 points can be put into your choosing

Defensive:

BG is a very versatile class and has a lot of viable options in terms of abilities and tactics

I would suggest not skipping Choking Fury. I've seen a lot of BG builds posted that skip it, and I wouldn't, it is a good ability. It can pretty easily drain about 100-120 AP from someone spamming skills. Essentially, opening with CF on someone can = them from going full AP to out of AP twice as quickly. This can mean a lot in a lot of situations, no the least on a healer who you are heal debuffing and now can only cast 1/2 of the heals he would have.

It is a good ability, hell it’s a bloody dam great ability and you SHOULD pick it up right now but you need to respect down the line and un spec the ability

The problem with the ability is that late game; the ability becomes bad simply because late game ap is a non-issue.

You have gear that can provide ap regeration, potions that provide ap and potions that increase the rate at which you regen ap this means that abilitys that increase ap cost are not a big issue and furthermore abilitys that give back ap like choppas keep on choppin exaust blow are un needed

Unless you have a really annoying Marauder as your team-mate.

Also it does depends on the class. Some classes and playstyles are more AP intensive than others.

Cool I'll keep that in mind,
I've heard that stacking toughness from many people is a bad way to go,
What would you guys suggest?

Right now you should focus on stacking block chance with rr points so that you can proc your block 5s knock down more often, right now your already very durable with rugged tactic, feeding on weakness and shield of rage but yeah dont go full toughness or you will do like no dmg and then smart ordo will ignore you cause you cant really hurt them

bg is a more offensivly oriented tank than a defensive one

My block said it was 1% even when putting rr into it, still stays 1% hope that's just a bug xD
