Savagery, for a multitude of reasons but the main one being that you need to get deadly clutch tatic, much of maras legendary surviveablity comes from that tactic

I personally play Brutality at R26 but I also have a lot of Mara experience. For most people, Savagery will be more effective at this level.

I never used that NB, recall I tried to but gave up, seems to take away alot of the "skill" in the game, I stancedanced with mine,Thunderous blow > Cutting Claw > Tainted Claw > then finish it in brut stance with the execution. I played on Karak Azgal and Karak Norn? They put em all in one server anyway, I went under the name Fleshcrwl.

It takes away what little mechanical skill a tab target combat might have, I don't think it is that big of a deal. Setting up proper sequences and using the right ones for the right situation is something only a good player can really do anyways. This isn't a game where a single person can carry, you look at the "best" players on here and from live and they always have the support structure of a group behind/with them almost always.
Skill apart from mechanical comes down to picking the right targets, using CC effectively, and positioning etc... Which will honestly get you farther than mechanical skill in this game. But of course you have to play with a good group, you can't do it alone.

Ofc but it makes is less fun to play imo, one button mashing? No effort at all just program the sequence ? A really unfair advantage and the GCD gets mashed?.
And yes many had solid groups, most of the top tier Slayers on the server I was playing on had perma guard/ 900 healers
and the Xylophone( hacker?) and his 4000 healboys heheh, I ran with like 2 peeps a Shaman named Tuna and another marauder but he quit, people dont notice the PEOPLE behind the player! the HEALERS are the one that MAKES and GIVES the kills, people tend to look blindly on STATS. I usually soloed in zones and won alot of fights
