my character got stuck

i flew from norland to IC, game froze. when i restart game it says loading nordland map the map says zone 0, ive tried /stuck it just brings me back to the same place, i cant que scs or use my binding book, what can i do?

i was able to get my book of binding to bring me back, please disregard :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
