Guild Alliance Mechanic

Hello,

Due to the sweetload of epic updates recently, I was wondering if any of the developers could share some light regarding progress/priority of the Guild Alliance System? What is your stance about this mechanic? Is it somethinmg that is scheduled to realease prior to T4?

Afaik are there a lot of unknown packets regarding guild mechanics, that's why it hasn't been worked on since the last heraldry update.
Pretty much always afk or tabbed out.

how about players being able to op permament private chat channels? that could already help for guild to work together and maybe the easier task?
