Can't connect

Getting this error message.

I downloaded the torrent file, nothing to unzip. Launcher is in the same folder as WAR.exe what am I missing?

I have the same problem. Done the direct download, unzipped everything to the game directory, put the launcher into the directory. I click Connect and nothing happens. Not getting any accompanying error messages.

EDIT: Scratch that, got it working. Restarting the launcher a few times and quickly clicking 'Connect' seems to resolve it.
