That’s a pretty big buff az and not sure if warranted cause then other aoe abilities won’t work on the pet as well like blast wave, wild choppin, demolition etc


I feel an auto heel or return command would be better

Group heals don't work on pets at the moment either. Hardly unfair.

This topic is 12 tabs long now. Any chance there could be an official dev-made post/poll concerning this class? pretty much like how Aza proposed kd for SM/BO becoming 9pts and boom 1 week later its done :)

Let people who obviously played WL a lot (like Twyxx and Mickeye) give input to the devs. Not people that do not know enough about the career but just rant long forum posts (Tesq and Coryphaus).

offtopic: Maining a SM i am really looking forward to WL being played more in the future.

True but if it did then it would encourage gheal/gclense spam even more

Furthermore if need be wls can slot calming presence tactic; which if its not strong enough in wl mains opinions, can be tweaked

I'm afraid it would be suicide. Giving attention to an Order class without coming up with something for Destro will just lead to bias complaints again.

It's not even a choice. The argument for having such strong AoE healing in Warhammer is that it's necessary to keep people alive with all the AoE damage going around. Exclude pets from that without giving them an adequate defense and you make them unreliable and useless.

It is blatantly clear that Mararauders are significantly more powerful in both 6-man and rvr compared too White Lions. If some butthurt players (notice I dont say destro since this server is ridden with xrealmers) are complaining, who cares ... by even giving any value to their opinions is promoting to keep imbalance in the game.

Maras are better because their trees are better organized, they have an inc hdebuff and their not reliant on a buggy ai

If the tree issues on wl can be fixed, if certian abilities like primal fury are changed and given inc instead of outgoing d buff and the pet was made to respond better and be more durable wl can be just as strong Mara

As for if people will run wl instead of slayer is a diffrent story as ibs are much better than SMS and they pair well with slayers and x2 slayers is strong b/c 100% uptime shatter limbs

I do feel like you should not even consider the input from people who have NEVER touched a white lion. If your current opinion is based on the fact that you died to pounce then your opinion should be void and null, this isn't a solo game learn to detaunt and make friends with a healer. How many white lions do you see compared to knights, bw's, sw's, am's, slayer's, eng's, wp's, etc? Heck I seen a lot more wh's than wl's.I rarely see more than 2-3 active in t2.

Before the t2 patch the lions were acting silly and almost teleporting to their targets, which made them pretty stupid. Now they rarely reach their targets, they get 2-3 shot by pit of shades. This is why a lot of people choose Loner on live. It's impossible to give their mirror anything to "counter balance" since Marauders are not in need of anything.

Wl's heal debuff is OUTGOING and a POSITIONAL, I mean..LOL? It has always been one of the biggest jokes in the game. A suggestion to change it and people that have not played a wl/clueless jump the gun OMGNO. Don't worry, slayers will still melt your face even if it gets changed.

While it's good for the pet, there is a real chance that ranged DPS classes that rely on AOE roots or snares to run away, or even anyone with an AOE detaunt would be disproportionately affected.

This could leave a Sorc with no way to get rid of the lion other than direct damage to it (or just killing the WL, that's always popular).

How about a solid pet-heal on the WL and giving the pet very high resistance against one type of damage (Int-based, Str-based and BS-based) per pet-stance?

For example, damage against the a lion in their AOE stance (trained to hunt) would gain no damage contribution from the Str of the attacker and damage against the lion in 'trained to kill) would gain no damage contribution from Int.
