Launcher issues...

Downloaded the torrent directly from the site, and put the RoR launcher into the folder, then tried to launch.
The issue is, the web server has a red block next to it, assuming that means it's not up. As well as the login server, which has a yellow block next to it... I'm just wondering if there's any sort of fix for any of this. I've tried VPN's, but they don't work. I've also port forwarded my router to the ports corresponding with the launcher and WAR its self... I can't think of anything else, so I'm turning to you guys. If there's a fix, link it, it would be very appreciated. Thanks.

Login and web server are both green to me, yet I can't even connect. After hitting that button nothing happens.
All files are set to r/w.
Putting in my username and password manually doesn't affect the outcome
