t2 isnt very big, and won't let "roaming". Wherever you go - you will find ppl fighting for BO's. And since only 1 zone iz open, that means so EVERY active RvR player in this zone. Every.

FURTHERMORE, not all classes in this game are good roamers /solo classes
I recapped reaver stables alone yesterday, it was not defended because every single player decided to all blob on the other bo that was capped 30 secs before.
Do we not play this game because we enjoy the pvp mechanics ?(aswell as warhammer) u dont see this when u blob.
Its pretty obvious where to roam, places on the map that are used as transit points from 1 place to another, bo's which are not being capped by 60+ players.
Play to RvR not for points.

The zones are big enough to have groups roaming away from the blob but sadly 99% of players dont do this and this is my gripe not with the rvr mechanics but with the players.

Morfee, zones is big enough now only for 1 vs 1. If you go out of the wc - mandred to the left in a few steps, Morr to the right in a few steps, and the other WC right before you. A few sec of running and there you go - Kinns, and STK. T2 is terribly small. There is no place for "roaming.

I to a certain extent agree and that is where you will see the zerg v zerg fights however that doesnt stop groups from moving away and roaming, capping bo's or looking for smaller skirmishes.

Errr, a single zone really isn't that big.. I mean, honestly, it takes all of what? 3 mins tops to go from one side to the other? I agree though, the big zerg fights do bore me a bit and I prefer the smaller scale fights, like you find in scenarios, or group vs group, but the current orvr system really isn't all that roam friendly, not to mention, looking for a fight in a random spot is not going to get people the gains they will at a keep or BO, so it's not very "profitable" either. Would be nice though!
I actually find the current system kind of "dumbed" down. We are all shepherded to one area of one zone.. no strategy involved. Whoever has the biggest zerg wins. But I'm confident that this will get better eventually.

This and the "1 open zone RvR system" aggravates this issue. At peak times the areas are just too crowded and overly zerged to allow for it. The zones are just much more gank friendly (Feiten's Lock anyone?)

for ppl to roam there should be key objectives beside the keep like BO, give more iniciative ppl to keep BOs. remove BOs lock times and make lord hp and dmg scaling based on BOs that the realm hold. Yes the zones are small but when you made them important enough ppl will find the way to roam, even to do ambushes and entering the zone via pve roads.

They should put a treasure chest that randomly spawns at set locations all over the map and give a chance at containing the best item in the game. Word of Pain and Boiling Blood are no longer able to proc anything. The Bright Wizard College has confirmed this is a big deal. (stealth nerf)
