We were able to earn crests in rvr and sc. 1 crest for one won sc would be a wrong rate ofc.
At a rate of 1 crest per 100 points you need minimum 180 sc for the rr75 sc weapons. Should be a fair amount of time, when you consider that you start to gather then at rr65, when taking all previous sc weapons as well.
crest were divided by tier, make to grind for every one tier rather than get directly the weapons you wanted Conquer then inv, etc)
If there is a unifiend system with x you can get both y and z. Not first y and then with the same number z

With crests I mean "war crests", the unified currency we are talking about. :P

Hi guys,
I just thought of something last night which is probably stupid, or mentioned a thousand times before ... or both. A quick search didn't find anything, so here goes.
To begin, every player declares for either Order or Destro as their main char/s.
Anytime a player wants to Xrealm, that's fine, but they carry a tag above their head, ''XREALMER'' so everyone knows who they are.
It would last for say, an hour so that Aunt Maude can play her Blork on an afternoon when it wears off, but would apply to the IP, which would hopefully discourage 2 accounts? Not quite sure about that.
Posting this against my better judgement lol

Wouldn't work. Again, the problem is that a lot of people share IPs or computers: Roommates, couples, siblings etc. It would screw them over big time, and would basically flag them all as xrealmers.

That's why I suggest an hour, so that after that time, other people can use the account/computer to

Frankly, I but the well being of the game above shared accounts/computers/room mates, and Xrealming is always at the front of problems that crop up.

People can always just make more accounts. You can't stop this problem. You either step innocent people over the toes, or people can xrealm anyway.

there are measures beyond IP to identify clients (mac adress e.g.) many programmes use this nowadays to identify multiple clients.

one could buy another pc though to xrealm, but then its bound to costs at least ;)

The problem is that this was never even fixed on live. The sup cost didn't even keep people from having two accounts.

yes but if we can change the ratio from 80:20 to 60:40 a lot is won already ;)

the problem is the landslide effect coming in after a certain ratio is reached, where one side gives totally in and there is NO defense anymore. As long as there is hope, there will still be people willing to play the other side.
