If you feel that, at level 31, you want to relegate yourself to be a one-trick-pony that needs rank 4 morale to execute your one-trick, so be it.

You'd be giving up so much on your way to the Rank 4 Morale that you'd probably not survive long enough to build rank 4 morale, or you'll be out of the fight having some healer spam hots on you so you can go blow your wad on one R4 and then run away. But hey. Goferit.

The trees in this game are set up so terribly, without any real rhyme or reason. Even if they where setup better the simplistic design doesn't leave much room for creating new/untested specs etc... which leads to 2-3 "viable" specs being even possible. That combined with not a whole lot going on tactic/gear wise in this game either.

I always laugh when people think they have some kind of sleeper OP spec that wasn't discovered within a couples days of launch.
