Launcher problem

Hello guys;
I downloaded this server today.But after installation,i got an error.Actually,when i try to get in the game with my name and pass,i'm gettting an error after this progress.

Error information is below ;

Un-check Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning folder from read-only.
