Mount Not Usable | Dark Elf Witch | New Player

Hi there,

I just started up last night and have been unable to use mounts on my Dark Elf Witch (level 3 now). I saw a few other players discussing the same issue in chat in my zone. It isn't game breaking, but I'd love to be able to mount up!
