Any time i try to type anything in any chat channel this is what i get.

shouts: respec,

thats it.

I have turned off all addons to see if it was an addon issue but still have the problem. As of now i have no way to communicate with anyone in game. Not sure how this happened, everything was fine earlier tonight and then this just started happening.

Edit: This seems to be account wide, all my characters have this problem.
