Lost my Bows (Squig herder)

Hello,
3 times I logged in the game, I lost my bows out of my inventory...please help! Its my character Gobbel.Every time I have to buy a new on :(

Does this happen every time you log into the game? Could you test this once more?
Some items may get lost on a server restart (which, unfortunately, we cannot reimburse) and that's a known issue, but if you are losing them after every single logout consecutively, then it's a new one.
