Can't install the game

Hi everyone, i wasnt able to install the game, but i just followed the procedure

1) created the account
2) activeted the account
3) downloaded the client (by torrent)
4) it was already unzipped so i didnt found anything to unzip...
5) then downloaded the launcher

Now everytime i try to open the WAR.exe it says i must install warpatch.exe first, when i open warpatch.exe it tells me there's an error.. do i miss something?

dont open war exe, open the luncher RoRLuncher.exe if it gives error after pressing connect, make sure to check that map containing war files isnt set to read only
