this change trys to make the sm/bo more like a chosen/kobs but the chosen/kobs will still do that job better witch wont work for the sm/bo it will make them a gimp wannabe there not supost to be a chosen/kobs they have there own job to do in there own way if u dont like it then a SM/BO is not the class for you go play a chosen/kobs. but if all the group stuff was just add to the spell so that the group stuff was a extra and the spell did the same as it always did then that would be cool

@ wos: Man, it seems you played on an underhive server. It sounds like a different world.

@ dkabib: This tactic is great and justifies a tactic slot. You can't have all good things at once. Many classes have to make decisions. As a turtle spec engi pull bot you won't need it anyway.

This is where you are wrong, no class will ever be able to replace KOTBS or chosen in grps

No rather these changes are ment to make SM's and Blorcs good ALTERNATIVES to IB and BG as 2nd tanks in 6 man partys

The whole point of this discussion is that using a tactic for that is too much. Just because there is a way around it, doesn't mean it is a good one.
how is it to much? there is a lot more useless tactic in the game that give u way less. the redeply option is a better fix lol you all would of been crying on live when the tarrets only stayed up for 90 sec then u had to resommon it. the point is you can not have all the god mode stuff in one build i would be look back if you could find it the grate mage/engi nerf that tuned a lot of players off the mages/engi and see if it was mithic over reation to wow form wingers or a problem that was way out of balens

i would take a sm/bo over a chosen/kobs ib/bg and have dun and its been a fun time with good resolts

I was actually ok with the nerfs way back there. They were needed.
What we are proposing here is a change to fix issues. Do you even know that redeploy is bugged and a lot of times it just makes the turret disappears? Not sure if that happens to Magus too.

yes the days of old when u lvl every class to 40 played them in every spec in pvp and pve you get to know just how fun they are and there weakness, stranths and roles in a groupe better and i can tell you now the class that the hard core pvp pemade guild consider as the best would not take any thing elce over that is the most bland time you will spend in war when u play for someone elce just to get in a group the not the class it the player that make the differens and the time they have spent growing with there class that they like

The ist whole point of this thread is on page 1. the devs of old decided that the engi should get a buff by casting his turret on the move. Not redeploy. The idea here was to make it instacast instead as this is easier to change.

yes playing on the engi the redeploy is a problem this fixed would be a big help

Maybe it would help if redeploy and the magus equivalent had no cooldown ?
